Division 1 Nationals preview: Cheer & Dance

After a big finish to 2018 and an awesome start to 2019, Monash Cheer & Dance has never been more ready for Nationals!
The squads have a myriad of interstate and even international expirirnce and won't be overawed by the occasion. Expect some big results.

How is the team looking this year? How have you gone in competitions so far in 2019?
"Our teams have been looking very strong so far this season, coming away with a, four and the overall highest score for University Cheer at our season opener at AASCF Winterfest!”
What is the goal of your team at this year's Nationals?
“We're really excited to display the high calibre of skill we have on our teams at Monash Cheer & Dance across a number of divisions at the Div 1 Nationals. We're especially excited to be premiering our Level 6 All Girl team!”
Who should we look out for on your team? Any Div 1 debutants or veterans?
“The Div 1 Cheer & Dance team is enormous - we have a total of 64 athletes competing across eight divisions in the cheer & dance sector of the competition.”
“We have a number of athletes competing in multiple divisions and our athletes range through from many first-timers to athletes that have represented Monash at these events since 2016!”
