Uni Battle is coming

Uni Battle is the newest, shiniest event on offer from Australian University Sports.

Occurring annually in the ever sunny Gold Coast, Uni Battle provides student athletes with a friendly but competitive arena to participate in six entertainment based sports: Wheelchair Basketball, 3x3 Basketball, Dodgeball, Floorball, Quidditch and Social 7s Softball.

Uni Battle was developed as a response to the growing demand for more sports to be included into the competitive atmosphere that Uni Games family provides. Kick starting the 2015 University sporting calendar, teams will be attending from all across the country as they battle it out to be champion in their chosen field.

That's not all it offers though, with the emphasis placed on fun for its participants, Uni Battle also offers a range of non-competition activities, side shows and themed social nights. Extra competitions will even be on offer over the weekend including King/Queen of the Court, a Slam Dunk contest and much more.

Any one can participate. There are no limits to the teams that can be put forward by each university (although participants can only play on one team due to the tight time frame of competition schedules).
